The Fremont Dinner Train is a private organization started in 1988 by a
group of investors, and is managed by Bruce Eveland. The Fremont and
Elkhorn Valley Railroad (FEVR), a non-profit historical society, owns the
engine and the track on which the dinner train runs. The goal of the Fremont
Dinner Train is to send you back into the 1940's era. You will be exposed to
1940 music and scenery, while on an elegant 18 mile round trip departing
from Fremont. Friday and Saturday nights, are the two evening runs; that
are more formal and romantic with Sunday afternoon dinner at Fremont
Dinner Train. In this way you can enjoy a more casual outing with nice and
comfortable stay at Luxury Inn and Suites, Fremont; NE which is located only

Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium is a baseball stadium in Omaha, Nebraska. It
serves as the home of both the minor league Omaha Royals and the annual
NCAA Division I College World Series. Since 1950, Omaha and Rosenblatt
Stadium have become home to one of the unique championships in the US.
Every year, over 250 baseball teams around the country begin the season
with the dream of playing in "The Blatt". 64 teams reach the NCAA
Tournament, and the final eight left standing get to pack their bags for 10
days in Omaha. Rosenblatt Stadium, along with the entire city of Omaha, has
become somewhat of a Mecca for college baseball. Johnny Rosenblatt
Stadium is one of the few stadiums that still uses live music instead of
prerecorded music Lambert Bartak, an organist for the Royals, holds the
distinction
of being the only organist ever ejected during a game.

The Fremont Lakes State Recreation area just west of Fremont nearly 4 miles

visitors a year. The 700-acre site has 20 sandpit lakes that provide fishing,
swimming, power boating, skiing and jet skiing. There are 200 camping sites.
